As a practising Barrister, Zakir has twenty years of immigration law experience which includes him being employed by the Home Office as an Immigration Officer. Zakir has also represented drivers accused of driving offences throughout his ten-year legal career. He also deals with family law and commercial law matter specialising in ADR. Under the Barrister's Direct Access Scheme he is able to receive instructions directly from the public, without the need of a Solicitor.

Zakir travels extensively and is regularly to be found in courts throughout the country representing the clients in all cases involving immigration matters and motoring offences such as speeding, drink driving, failing to provide details, and also in family and civil matters.
